Tom Mendel Guse is a research assistant at the University of Cologne, working within the Academy for European Human Rights Protection. His current research focuses on the analysis of the impact of European legislation on Holocaust denial and relativization. He has a Masters in Environmental and economic ethics and a Bachelor in Sociology and Psychology. His academic background includes extensive experience in environmental policy, socio-economic philosophy, international cooperation and empirical research which he has cultivated through various internships in political think tanks and (non-)government institutions across Germany and Austria.
